My Story
My life has brought me many challenges.
I don’t have one clear story or memory that explains it all — but I do remember many moments in my childhood where I felt misunderstood, lonely, overly sensitive, and deeply overwhelmed.
Now I understand that these experiences shaped the way my nervous system developed.
Our nervous system doesn’t stand alone — it’s deeply connected to all other systems in the body.
I like to look at it as a kind of blueprint that was created early on, influencing not only the regulation of my body, but also the structural organisation of my brain.
In my teens and twenties, this resulted in panic attacks, anxiety, and exhaustion.
I tried to “think” my way out of it — with willpower, therapy, and exposure.
I even ran two marathons to prove that the anxious voice was wrong, and that I was strong.
But the fear stayed.
That’s when I realised: I needed a different approach.
One that includes the body.
One that speaks the language of the nervous system and helps it feel safe again, rebalance and rewire.
Today, EFT (tapping), conscious breathing, and meditation are part of my daily rhythm — not to fix myself, but to remind my system that I am safe now.
I’m still on this healing journey — and I’m not sure it ever really ends.
But I’ve found a way to release, rebalance, and reconnect with myself in a way I never thought possible.
And that’s why I do this work.
To hold space for others who are ready to reconnect with themselves — gently, deeply, and with love.

How I Work
The wisdom lives in your body.
That’s why I work in an intuitive, body-based way — always attuned to what you need in the moment.
My focus is to help you connect and return to your core. EFT (tapping) is often at the heart of our sessions. It’s a gentle yet powerful tool to calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and reconnect with your inner sense of safety and being.
I create space for you to slow down, to feel, and to shift what’s been stuck — not by pushing through, but by listening to the body with compassion.
Sometimes we tap. Sometimes we breathe. Sometimes we simply pause. It’s not about fixing. It’s about healing your body — and through that, healing you.
You stay in charge. I guide.
Together, we explore what wants to move.
