EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques,
is a gentle technique that uses tapping on acupuncture points to calm the nervous system and release emotional tension.
What Is It?
A soft, intuitive 1:1 session to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your inner calm — in a way that feels natural and safe for you.
I don’t believe healing always happens in one big moment.
More often, it begins in the small, safe experiences — gently repeated — that help your system trust again.
That’s what we do in a session. We slow down.
We notice what’s going on inside — tension, emotion, thoughts, sensations. And we respond with care.
Using tools like EFT (tapping), conscious breathing, and gentle presence, I guide you back to your body and back to yourself.
Always attuned to what feels right for you.
There’s no pressure to perform or explain. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just come as you are.
Together, we create a space where stuck energy can shift —
and where your nervous system can begin to settle, soften, and feel safe again.
What to Expect...
We begin with a short check-in — just a moment to arrive and share how you’re feeling. You don’t have to go deep or explain everything — unless you want to. Whatever is present is enough.
From there, we follow what your body shows us and work with that. We might use EFT (tapping), coaching, breathwork, or simply pause and notice what’s there.
The session is gentle and intuitive. It’s about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and gaining a better understanding of what’s going on underneath.
Afterwards, you might feel more grounded, a little clearer, or simply more in touch with yourself.
